Away Again?? & Commissions

Hello everyone! Unexpectedly, I have to go away again 8| This is so unexpected! I'm still here in bed and I was told to pack my bags.

And I still haven't done the commissions! They're all stacking up :O I think I'll have to close the commissions for the 29th this month and bump it up to week after that.

Apologies to everyone for the yucky news :( I've been in an unproductive mood lately. This is bad for business! X| Hmm if I remember correctly, I'll be back at the end of the month.

I still have my phone to check the Humplex regularly though! So please, put some comments in this post or the Humcorner :) I like to chat around a bit so I won't feel so lonely on this away time~

Helping Out a Friend

It's not about money though. All you need to do is go to http://www.metphoto.org/holland/gallery, then search for "achternaam" (should be under that little search bar at the upper right) and type "Haagsma" and vote!

Back & Commissions

Hello all of you out there :) I'm back and I'm somehow very tired X| First of all I'm sorry to those who are still waiting for me to finish your commissions :( With me being away from the computer, I had little chance to draw anything.



I drew a quick Keric sketch for all of you though. Nothing special, just Keric and what seems to be a bunch of white roses :P Yes, those are roses. I suck at botanical drawings :P

Commissions are open but since I couldn't finish all of the previous commissions, I'll be taking one or two this time around. Hope you all understand :)

Zulf Tied Up! (Rough)

Oh no! Some burglars came into Zulf's juice bar and tied him up! :O Where's Toraz when you need him? Maybe Zulf hasn't met him yet and he doesn't have a security officer yet? Poor Zulf. Uhm, so why is he all excited down there? Hehehehe XD

Cyl as Luke Skywalker (Commision)

Remember Keric "Han Solo"? I finished another one for Rob! This is Cyl parodying the hero of Star Wars, Luke Skywalker :)



He looks rather cute and yummy holding a light saber. I'm sure he sets many a boys and girls hearts all a flutter ;D Hehe, are there lots of Star Wars fan out there? :D

PS - You all might notice that I've been drawing a lot of full figure drawings. It's mostly to practice drawing feet ;D And posing :P

Toraz, Legendary Warrior (Remake) & Zulf

I did another Toraz picture. I changed how he looks a little, like his hair. I have no idea how Toraz came to be a legendary swordsman :P He came into Zulf's juice bar one day and from then on, both men became close friends.

Seeing as how Toraz is new in town, Zulf offered him a job as the juice bar's security officer. Even though the bar doesn't actually get a lot of patrons :P But Toraz took the job anyway. I'm thinking Zulf just wanted some eye candy 24/7 in his juice bar :P

I also designed Zulf's bartender attire :) Doesn't he look dashing? :D

Keric as Han Solo (Commission) & Deviant Art

Hello everyone :) This was done for Rob :D He wanted a parody of Star Wars using my yummy elves. This one is of Keric as Han Solo.



I always thought Han Solo was yummy! Looking at Keric wearing those black boots...MmmMmm! XD This is the first of the three. There will be two more to go! Guess who Cyl and Xerude are supposed to cosplay as ;)

Look at Beau Jump!

I love Beau! Beau is Bo-Giliam's fursona :) I just love the blue color. That, and his happy smile :D



Ok ok I confess, I wanted to make an explicit picture but I figured it won't be Beau then...So I made him hoppity hop down to the Beach :D Look at Beau jump!

I REALLY wanted to draw a picture of Beau. This is actually the third try! Well, it was my third try because the first picture was crappy. The second was actually finished! Unfortunately it got corrupted when I tried to save the picture :( I almost cried my eyeballs out. Luckily, this third attempt made it :) I feel like jumping too :D

Waya from Hikaru No Go (Commission) & A New Link

This piece was commissioned by Ephnat. It's Waya of Hikaru no Go fame. I don't really know about the manga/anime, but I know it's famous since the artist who draws the manga is Takeshi Obata (He does Death Note too).



Any way, as I was drawing him, I kind of thought he looked like Syaoran (Card Captor Sakura). So I added the Go stones in hopes that at least people would connect the character to Hikaru no Go, heheh :P And, I kind of like the feet in this one, even though they look a bit wierd XD I like the angles I guess :D All spread and ready...hahaha! Enjoy this piece!

Oh and I also added a new link, the Yaoi Blog. The place was hacked a few weeks ago :( But now it's back up and ready to rumble! There's gonna be a whole lotta art from various artists in there so be sure to check it out often :)

Kevin Ryman & the Tentacles (Commission) & Commissions

Lol, the title sounds funny, I know XD This piece was commissioned by Harperdude5 :D He wanted me to remake one of his pieces using my style. I like his idea about the tentacle pulling Kevin's jeans off :) The only thing I added was his fist, hehe XD Kevin looks really sexy with the cowboy hat. Capcom makes some really great looking characters dont they?



Commissions are open again. Some unsavoury news is that I'll only be able to take 1 or 2 (don't shoot me!). I still haven't finished last weeks commissions, oopsie :3 I'll also be a bit busy this week and next, so commissions will open again on 22.Oct.2007 :) Also, a heads up, commission prices will change on Nov 2007 :3

Zulf the Grey Wolf, Links and Rambling Hum

Hello you beautiful people :D How's everyone doing today? :) I woke up today feeling oh so fresh and lively! That lasted only for a couple of minutes :P Lol, so I thought I'd go draw something. I came up with this guy :D

His name is Zulf! Ain't he hunky? :O I kinda like and hate this picture at the same time, haha :P It took me the WHOLE day to finish it. Know why? FEET. Well actually it started with his feet :P Then I had to actually redo everything :( Anyway, I HATE drawing feet XD It takes me hours just to get 'em right. Props to those who seem to draw them without sweating buckets.

I made it work and it seemed to turn out ok :) You can't tell much from the jockstrap but Zulf is a bartender. He gives out juices for all the boys to drink (lol fruit juice, get your mind outta the gutter!). So now my furry realm has another hunky character! Lets make a head count. First there's our lovable monkey boy, Arus. Then there's Bakera, the blue shaman bear and Toraz, the warrior tiger. Not much but plenty for Arus to have fun with mwahahaha >:D

I should really develop my furry world more. Well, ok and my elven world too :P Like, give 'em a place to stay or something. I do have the name of the universe where they all reside though (lol, besides in my head). Somebody wanted to make a group page in Y!Gallery for my stuff and asked me where exactly do my characters live at. I didn't want to make the guy wait for a year while I figure out where they live so I called it, Huminia XD Now, now I know it's kinda lame(!) but that's all I could come up with haha. It's a cute name though, doncha think? XD

Oooo, and I also added some links to my link list!

Hey! :D Got sum hawt stuff right out of the press ;D Look it's Xerude and he's kidnapped someone :O Judging from that smirk on his face, I bet he's taking the poor guy off to some secluded area and then...well, I'll leave that to your imagination :P



Hehe, this was a fun piece that David commissioned me to do :D He wanted himself done in my style, getting carried away by the big ol' green daddy (no, not The Hulk :P). I must admit I wasn't that confident at my caricature skills but I guess it looks like him...lol, or at least I hope it does! Seeing as how David is happy with it, I guess I did good :D

Ayn x Ro (Commission)

Hey people :) Posting another commissioned piece. This one features original characters of the commissioner (isn't this word for the head of police officers of something?).



From what I know, these two are elves but the other one is a werewolf. So yeah that's why he's like that :P This was quite fun to do because I had to do a tribal tattoo! I'm very bad at drawing stuff from memory. The first tattoo I did was...fugly (no, I didn't save the picture so I can't show you, thank god XD). So as usual, my friend Google found some really nice tattoo references for me. And boy did it help! I'm happy with how the tattoo turned out :)

Phoenix Wright x Godot (Color) & Flickr

Hello people :D Haha, here I was trying to find another way to post this picture of Phoenix & Godot from my Flickr account when all of a sudden, I can login to Blogger!

I decided to try out posting from my Flickr account anyway :P Sigh, the internet connection here is screwy but it's all I got :P Lol enough rambling. I took a litle time off from the commissions to color the Phoenix Wright x Godot outlines that I've done. Hope you all likes :D

Cocky Hockey Satyrs & Commissions

Hello everyone :) I've just recently finished another commissions. :D This is for Scotty who asked me to draw a sexy, cocky satyr in a hockey equipments! Well, part of the uniform anyway hehe ;) He also mentioned that this might be his next tattoo :O Wow! Tell us if you decide to get that tattoo done, Scotty :D



Commissions are open again :) The number of slots are limited this week as I still have some unfinished ones :O I'll be taking little by little, week by week. This is to make sure I get everything done in time and not rush your beautiful pics :) And to draw other stuff for this blog for us to enjoy of course ;) So, if you don't get a slot this week, remember to email me next week :D
